Terms of service

Designs/Logos:  Most of our designs are unique and should not be copied or reproduced.  We can reproduce most logos and encourage you to brand the items we make for you!  Reach out to us for more information on how we can help you sell your own Merch!

Lead Time:  All items are custom made.  We start orders within a week of receipt.  We are worth the wait but will work hard to get your order to you as soon as we can.

Shipping:  Items are shipped by USPS, UPS Ground and FedEx.  We are also willing to work with your preferred shipper if you have an account.  Shipping must be paid in advance and will be added to your order.  We do not charge a handling fee.

Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.  We are not responsible for damaged items beyond that.  If you are having issues after that reach out to us and let us know.

Order Minimums:  The handmade nature of our items allows for low minimums.  This could change as we grow.  Our current online order minimum is $50.00
